In order to satisfy the needs of its clientele, Routier Expert offers a variety of services

:Lease of services for drivers in short, medium and long term.

The short term service is offered for emergencies (from one (1) day up to several weeks).
The medium and long term services are offered for replacements for a period of months to more than are year.

Routier Expert will :

• Select qualified drivers for the demand.
• Evaluate periodically the driver’s competence and performance.
• Take complete charge of the human resources management pay and social advantages like (employment insurance, vacations…).
• Supply drivers with uniforms.

Drivers are supplied by Routier Expert according to the terms of service mentioned above Management, insurance and maintenance are assured by Routier Expert.

The client is responsible for the cargo’s insurance.

Recruiting

Routier Expert will :

• Research the most qualified drivers for its clients.
• Conduct interviews for selection.
• Post jobs on its website.
